As a Remote Student Customer Care Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Offer detailed information about our products and memberships, helping customers make informed decisions. Process incoming tickets and support customers throughout the entire customer life cycle, ensuring a seamless experience. Collect customer feedback and contribute to the optimization of internal processes, helping us improve our services. Maintain and update our knowledge base and LimeSurvey manual, ensuring that our resources are accurate and up-to-date. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: To be enrolled full-time at a university. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a heart for our customers. The ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner. Excellent communication skills in both German and English. A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to collaborate with others. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Initial experience with LimeSurvey or surveys in general. A background in customer service or a related field.
