In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic initiatives that optimize performance marketing across diverse corporate brands. Your expertise will serve as a bridge between brand stakeholders and the analytics team, ensuring that high-impact projects are not only identified but successfully executed. You will be responsible for maintaining a robust understanding of performance marketing analytics and driving key projects that enhance marketing efficacy. Your strategic leadership will empower cross-functional teams and streamline communication, ultimately accelerating decision-making processes. Responsibilities
β€’ Lead and coordinate Corporate Brands squads, serving as the single point of contact between the brands and MAS analytics teams.
β€’ Oversee performance marketing analytics initiatives including campaign optimization, audience selection, site engagement analysis, and media performance measurement.
β€’ Collaborate directly with Corporate Brands leads to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact analytics projects that drive marketing performance.
β€’ Coordinate between strategists and scientists to ensure seamless project delivery and knowledge sharing.
β€’ Lead analytics support for performance marketing stand-ups, providing strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
β€’ Drive adoption of next best actions and advanced analytics methodologies across Corporate Brands marketing organizations.
β€’ Manage squad resource allocation and project prioritization to maximize impact and efficiency.
β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand stakeholders, translating technical insights into actionable business strategies.
β€’ Stay current on industry trends in performance marketing, media optimization, and marketing measurement to drive innovation.

Requirements
β€’ 7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing, or related strategic analytics roles.
β€’ 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in marketing measurement, media optimization, or audience strategy.
β€’ Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or another quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
β€’ Strong expertise in performance marketing analytics, including media mix modeling, attribution analysis, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
β€’ Proficiency in analytical tools such as Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
β€’ Experience with marketing technology platforms, media measurement tools, and performance marketing channels.
β€’ Proven track record of managing complex analytics projects from concept to implementation with measurable business impact.
β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence both technical teams and senior brand leadership.
β€’ Strong business consulting skills with ability to frame strategic problems and develop data-driven solutions.
β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
