[Remote] Strategy Manager, Influencer Marketing (Pre Sale)

The Strategy Manager role is essential for driving strategic excellence and delivering exceptional outcomes by overseeing the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, particularly in the pre-sales process for enterprise-level global brands.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead and direct proposal development processes, ensuring seamless project management and delivering exceptional client outcomes
ā¢ Design and implement training programs to equip team members with cutting-edge skills and adapt to evolving industry trends
ā¢ Develop strategic resource planning frameworks to optimize team capacity, balance workloads, and maintain high-quality deliverables
ā¢ Architect integrated marketing strategies that leverage multi-channel approaches to achieve measurable client success and business growth
ā¢ Provide strategic advisory to clients C-suite executives and internal stakeholders, translating complex challenges into actionable, innovative solutions
ā¢ Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure consistent alignment with client objectives and brand strategies
ā¢ Lead the development of frameworks and processes to streamline strategic collaboration across departments and enhance efficiency
ā¢ Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes
ā¢ Drive the creation of compelling pitch materials that articulate strategic visions and showcase the value of proposed campaigns
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
ā¢ 6+ years of experience at an agency working within the social, creative, business development, and/or strategy spaces
ā¢ 2+ years of experience managing a team of 2 or more direct reports
ā¢ Extensive experience in all areas of marketing, specifically social, content, and influencer marketing
ā¢ Proven track record in developing and presenting executive-level projects and pitches to C-suite leadership
ā¢ A proven track record of developing successful social-first strategies and campaigns for a wide range of clients and handling large budget opportunities for Fortune 500 companies
ā¢ Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation
ā¢ A visionary mindset with the ability to turn thought-starters into fully integrated strategies, pitch decks and campaigns
ā¢ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Experience working directly with brands and at agencies
