[Remote] Strategy Consultant, Crimson Rise

As a Strategy Consultant for Crimson Rise, you will guide young students and their parents in developing academic, extracurricular, and personal goals over a multi-year timeline leading up to high school. Responsibilities • Guide students in pre-college academic strategy, including: • Course selection • Developing healthy study habits • Recognizing and building on strengths • Finding and maintaining an innate love of learning • Guide Students In Pre-college Extracurricular Strategy, Including • Pinpointing and owning interests and dislikes • Exploring new extracurriculars and hobbies • Deepening established extracurriculars and hobbies • Brainstorming personal projects • Summer activity planning • Guide Students In Personal Development, Including • Goal-setting • Stress management • Time management • Reflection on priorities, interests, motivators, and strengths • Guide Students In Additional Developmental Work, Including • Building tailored reading lists • Improving vocabulary • Exploring majors and careers • Taking supplementary online classes • Help students become happy, healthy, clear-minded thinkers confident in their inherent value and able to engage passionately with their interests and the world around them • Expertly support students through their Crimson Rise journey • Meeting with students at least once a month from the start of their program • Excellent student feedback, as determined by session feedback and NPS • Adherence to established service protocols and timely responses to clients Skills • Bachelor's degree from a top University; advanced degrees will be advantageous • Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives • Superior planning and organisational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, product management a plus • Superior written and oral communication skills • Resilience when working independently under pressure • Experience in formal education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting preferred Company Overview • Crimson Education specializes in tutoring , athletic scholarship consulting, extracurricular advising, and leadership mentoring services.
