The role involves creating new sales opportunities and building relationships with healthcare providers to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying key contacts and decision makers within a customer organization and develops exceptional relationships with those contactsCreating and implementing Account Plans within the prospective accountsDriving new business opportunities to exceed quota and annual sales targetsCollaborating effectively with all internal stakeholders including Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and ImplementationProviding accurate reporting and forecasting of sales. Keeping current records and building account profiles by updating account and contact information and managing account data in our CRMPromoting, driving, and delivering on any promotional product strategiesPerforming effective product demonstrations remotely through Zoom or other technology-based applicationsSkillsHave a minimum of 5 years of success from B2B sales, technology solution selling experience in healthcareHave a proven track-record of success in prospecting, closing new business, leading to consistent quota achievementDemonstrate experience with 'Consultative Selling' to identify and solve customer problemsHave experience selling technology solutions in a complex B2B/healthcare environment, with multiple influencers and decision makersDemonstrate ability to accurately forecast new business opportunitiesHave excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Coupled with exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, fluency in EnglishHave knowledge of regulatory environment in healthcare.
