[Remote] Strategic Research and Project Analyst (LATAM)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Symphonic is a fully independent music distribution and marketing company based in Tampa, Florida, with a global team supporting independent artists and labels worldwide. The Strategic Research and Project Analyst (LATAM) will work remotely and be responsible for researching sales leads, managing quality control of the lead generation process, and assisting with project management and AI-driven tasks.ResponsibilitiesResearch leads to gather contact details and relevant information (websites, social media, and others) for the global sales team (“A&R”) and its weekly outreach effortsUse AI tools and data platforms to identify and qualify high-potential leads, delivering organized weekly prospect lists to the Client Acquisition TeamProvide insights on trends, growth signals, and performance for artists and labels with a global perspectiveAnalyze data across platforms such as Chartmetric, Spotify playlists, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, Hype Machine, blogs, and other genre/territory-specific driven sources to improve lead generating strategiesCollaborate with the Revenue Operations Team to improve data entry, processing and overall CRM lifecycle management through structured systems and automationAssist in drafting and implementing campaign templates in English and Spanish, including marketing emails and when requiredConduct quality checks for the A&R Team, verifying lead data is correct, and ensuring data accuracy through audits and AI toolsPartner with cross-regional A&R teams (Latin America, Mexico, Africa, APAC, and other global offices) to understand their lead research needs and deliver high-quality sales leadsContribute to workflow improvements by identifying automation opportunities and enhancing process documentation (when necessary)Maintain data accuracy and hygiene by performing regular quality checks on leads, Spotify Monthly Listeners, social media profiles, and tracking systems, including our CRMEnsure compliance with internal data standards and maintain high levels of accuracy in reporting systemsRespond to sales team inquiries in both English & Spanish, regarding lead status, tracking sheets, and internal CRM record notificationsSkills1 year of experience in a position with a high volume of data sets, accuracy, data entry and verificationKnowledge of sales tools, specifically HubSpotStrong knowledge towards AI-driven programs and tools such as Gemini, Chat GPT, Rocket Reach, Clay, and similarSome Project Management ExperienceExperience with quality control measures to ensure information is entered in systems correctlyStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-driven mindsetWorking knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and/or equivalent Google Suite applicationsAbility to speak, write, and read English and Spanish, conversationalHigh School Diploma or GEDSolid background in the music industryAI-driven mindsetExperience in a lead research role and environmentVast knowledge of CRMs, specifically HubSpotStrong organizational skillsUniversity DegreeAdditional Language, such as German, Italian, Portuguese, French, or OtherCompany OverviewSymphonic Distribution is a digital music distribution company that provides a wide portfolio of music services.
