[Remote] Strategic Operations Director

We are looking for a driven Strategic Operations Director to lead key go-to-market strategy, product operations, and business operations initiatives as part of the finance team, directly reporting to the CFO.ResponsibilitiesProduct Operations & Go-to-Market StrategyChange User Behavior: Analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify and implement opportunities to drive user behavior changes such as reducing overcommunication and increasing app adoptionImprove the Go-to-Market Strategy: Own high-impact go-to-market initiatives that boost our growth and retention for each productBusiness OperationsDrive Operational Excellence: Identify, prioritize and implement high-impact cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability across the organizationImprove Data Landscape: Lead data clean-up / enrichment initiatives to ensure our data is clean, reliable, and supports future business needs and decision-makingExecute Strategic Initiatives: Work with the Finance organization to implement and scale other high-priority initiatives across the organizationSkills5-7+ years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role, such as management consulting, investment banking, or business operations / strategy role at a tech companyA strong quantitative and analytical toolkit, with proficiency in financial modeling / data analysis, and working directly with data science teamsProven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in stand-alone capacity, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and results to diverse audiencesA proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for driving results and a high degree of ownershipBenefitsEmployer-paid health insurance (including dependent coverage)An employer-matched 401K retirement savings program from day 1Paid Parental LeaveStock optionsHealth + wellness reimbursementsPTO that increases each year15 paid holidays, including your birthday!As a fully remote team, we’ll make sure you have all the tools and equipment you need to make your home office a place where you can thrive.Company OverviewParentSquare is a startup that develops a school-home communication platform.
