[Remote] Strategic Finance Senior Manager

They are seeking a Strategic Finance Senior Manager to support the company’s IPO preparation and investor relations strategy, while also leading strategic finance growth initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions.ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of private investor relations materials including mock public earnings release documentsCollaborate with leaders in Finance, Product, GTM and Strategy to shape, articulate and manage the Company’s investment story and support Investor Relations (IR) in maintaining a strong presence in the investment communityCollaborate with the Accounting and Legal departments to prepare for other investor relations requirements for public company readiness, including materials to be included in public filingsSupport IR with its relationships with external partners, investors, and financial institutions during the IPO process or potential financing eventsSupport ad hoc strategic growth transactions, including potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships, by leading/supporting financial modeling, due diligence, and business integrationLead financial modeling of strategic investments and preparation of related business cases on an ad hoc basisAssist in preparing reports and analyses to company shareholders/owners.
