[Remote] Strategic Channel Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Legrand, North America is seeking a Strategic Channel Account Manager to join their Data Center Power and Control Team. This remote position involves developing and executing sales strategies for key national channel partners, primarily CDW, to drive revenue growth and market adoption across various solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic revenue plans for key national channel partners in alignment with overall company goâtoâmarket objectivesOwn and manage the national relationship with CDW, serving as the primary point of contact for strategy, execution, and escalationEstablish and drive a robust conversion pipeline in collaboration with distributor and reseller sales teamsLead joint business planning initiatives, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), pipeline reviews, and forecast alignmentDevelop and execute partner marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and demand generationEnable partner sellers through training, field engagement, and solution positioning tied to real customer use casesProvide leadership and support to Territory Sales Managers (end user sales reps) and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and executionCollaborate crossâfunctionally with Technical Support, Product Management, and Marketing to identify and capitalize on growth opportunitiesMaintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management aligned with corporate sales processesUphold company values, sales processes, and business ethics in all partner and customer engagementsSkillsBachelor's degree required from an accredited institutionMinimum of 5 years of channel or national account sales experienceProven experience working directly with CDW and navigating national and fieldâlevel partner organizationsExperience managing complex, multiâstakeholder distributor or VAR relationshipsPrevious experience in broadline distribution and national channel sales environmentsStrong working knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, racks, networking, compute, and management platformsPractical understanding of networking fundamentals, virtualization, and IT infrastructure operationsAbility to effectively engage IT administrators, presales engineers, and partner sellers without requiring handsâon engineering expertiseExperience selling hardware and software solutions related to network management, power distribution, and infrastructureFamiliarity with data center infrastructure products, including: Rack power and PDUs, Serial, KVM, and out-of-band access solutions, Racks and enclosures, NetworkingStrong communication, presentation, and relationshipâbuilding skillsAbility to operate effectively from a homeâoffice environmentHighly collaborative, organized, and comfortable working across functions and partner organizationsAbility to travel up to 50%Bonus if located near CDW officeBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental , and vision coverageHigh employer 401K matchPaid time off (PTO) and holiday payShort-term and long-term disability benefit plansAbove-benchmark paid maternity and parental leaveBonus opportunities in accordance with the Companyâs incentive plansPaid time off to volunteerAn active/growing Employee Resource Group networkCompany OverviewLegrand is a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures.
