They are seeking a remote Strategic B2B Partnership Manager to drive pipeline growth by cultivating relationships with engineering and construction management firms, while delivering value-engineered automation and networking solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow strong relationships with engineering and construction management firms to amplify the sales teamβs effortsEstablish collaborative methods to deliver innovative, value-engineered solutions and reduce risks in complex projectsIdentify and prospect new partnership opportunities within engineering, construction, and technology organizationsGenerate and qualify leads through strategic engagements with partner organizationsIdentify key personnel within partner organizations to assess market conditions for greenfield and brownfield project opportunitiesMonitor and report on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate project acceleration or delays, enabling proactive business adjustmentsContinuously refine our understanding of industry and market conditions, challenges and opportunities, and proposing approaches accordinglyMining events, industry groups and associations for industry influencers and opportunities to share IxPβs expertise through speaking and guest content contributionsIdentify and cultivate relationships with key technology platform suppliers to enhance solution offeringsEnsure alignment of technology partnerships with organizational strategy and market needsWork closely with sales team members on identified opportunities, providing support to move deals through the pipeline to closureShare insights and resources with internal teams to enhance deal success and client satisfactionDevelop and implement strategic activities to grow the sales pipeline, including joint go-to-market initiatives with partnersCreate and maintain frameworks for measuring the success of partnerships and their impact on revenue growthSkillsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partner management, preferably in engineering, construction management, or related industriesProven ability to establish and manage high-value partnerships that drive business outcomesStrong knowledge of greenfield and brownfield projects, particularly in life sciences, food & beverage, and consumer packaged goods sectorsExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and develop actionable insightsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented approachBenefitsUncapped performance-based upsideGenerous benefitsPaid time off (PTO)Health benefits401(k) with employer matchPerformance-based advancementOther great incentivesCompany OverviewA Long History of Inventing the Future.
