[Remote] Strategic Accounts Specialist

The Strategic Accounts Operations Specialist ensures consistent service delivery and operational excellence across PCS’s largest accounts, driving coordination and managing onboarding initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement a standardized service delivery model across strategic accountsEnsure operational consistency and adherence to SLAs for onboarding and ongoing supportManage ongoing oversight of firm-specific investment models and unique operational requirements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with strategic account expectationsAct as the central liaison between internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Legal) to manage data exchanges, contractual obligations, and operational workflowsFacilitate collaboration during critical lifecycle milestones (deal negotiations, onboarding, implementation)Develop and maintain standardized reporting and scorecards to measure KPIs such as client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growthAnalyze trends and provide actionable insights to internal leadership and external partnersOversee the complete lifecycle of RFP and RFI responses, including requirements gathering, task assignment, and timely submissionTrack proposal timelines, deliverables, and status updates; provide regular progress reports to stakeholdersMaintain and optimize a centralized repository of standard RFP/RFI content, templates, and supporting documentation for efficient reuseIdentify and implement operational efficiencies, automation opportunities, and best practicesSupport technology projects and new product rollouts for strategic accountsServe as an operational point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing serviceManage escalations and maintain proactive communication with key stakeholdersSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field3–5 years in operations, account management, or project management (preferably in financial services)Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)Familiarity with CRM systems (SalesForce) and workflow management platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesProject management expertise (PMP or similar certification is a plus)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of data analysis, data modeling and data mapping is a plusExperience with operational methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)Understanding of retirement plan industry or financial services operationsBenefits401(k) matchMedicalDentalVisionLife insuranceShort and long term disabilityPaid-time offCompany OverviewProfessional Capital Services is an independent provider of retirement plan solutions.
