Synchrony is a financial services company seeking a Strategic Accounts Specialist to support national business efforts and nurture large partner relationships. The role involves using a consultative approach to strengthen client relationships and increase sales through training and strategic planning.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Client Development/National Account team to strategically nurture existing large clientsUse a consultative approach with key decision makers (C-suite, Regional Management, Office Managers, etc.) over the phone to provide value added best practices, new tools, and performance information to strengthen relationships with accounts and demonstrate the benefits of CareCredit with the intent to increase NCS for assigned accountsProvide over the phone training for Large accounts on CareCredit products, processes, benefits, rates and compliance requirements as neededDevelop long term client relationships, capitalize on opportunities, satisfy customer needs, and increase salesImplement action plans for low performing accounts that will result in increased usageUtilize defined sales process, strategies, provider segmentation, prioritization, campaigns and other activity to drive performanceDocument all provider engagements in SalesforceLead/Participate in special projects, meetings, trade shows pertaining to dedicated accountsDeliver on Quality Assurance/Performance metrics standards set forth by the organizationSupport Synchrony mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy and adheres to the all regulatory and company policy requirementsPerform other duties and/or special projects as assignedSkillsMinimum of 1 year of telephone sales/field sales/collections experience and high school diploma/GEDMinimum of 9 months of experience within the CareCredit sales function including proven success in building and growing accounts within assigned territoryDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence senior business leaders and key external business partnersProficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Power PointYou must be 18 years or olderYou must have a high school diploma or equivalentYou must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding processYou must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance ActLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is requiredProfessional and consultative selling skills with emphasis on influencing others to take actionStrong proficiency in Salesforce CRMAbility to work in a teamCapable of gaining accelerated access to key decision makers and influencers within an organizationStrong written, verbal and presentation skillsMetrics-orientedAbility to travel up to 5% of the timeAnalytical thinker with excellent presentation, organization, communication and time management skillsBachelor's degreeSpanish/English fluencyCompany OverviewSynchrony is a consumer financial services company.
