The Strategic Account Representative will manage and grow a portfolio of complex customer accounts, building long-term relationships and aligning solutions to drive mutual growth.ResponsibilitiesRepresents and promotes full portfolio of IV Systems, Nutrition products and Clinical Procedure products by interacting with established customers and developing new prospectsCalls on a variety of decision makers (e.g. Pharmacists, Nurses, Physicians, Supply Chain, Hospital Administrators, etc.) to position products for presentation, evaluation and purchaseProspect and qualify territory for new leads through sales calls in person and remotely, via virtual channelsDevelops and actively maintains a pipeline of sustainable new sales opportunities sufficient to achieve or exceed sales target/quotaWorks in collaboration with regional team members to grow sales and expand market shareWorks through third parties for product promotion and delivery when requiredMaintains relationships with internal B.Braun departments, i.e., Marketing, Technical Services, Customer Service, Region office, ASC supportPrepares and delivers effective presentations providing solutions to potential customersPrepares financial analysis, proposals and competitive analysis for customers as well as presenting the information to committee members within a hospitalSupports product evaluations and conversions as necessarySkillsBachelor's degree required2 plus years of medical device sales experience preferredOccasional overnight travel, Valid driver's license and passportBenefitsIncentive CompensationCompany VehicleHealthcareA 401(k) planTuition reimbursementCompany OverviewB.
