They are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to develop and expand relationships with their most strategic customers in the Residential market, focusing on customer retention and identifying expansion opportunities.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and expanding relationships with MRI’s most strategic customers within a defined portfolioDriving customer retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and building executive-level relationshipsEnsuring customers realize measurable value from MRI’s solutionsPartnering cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to align customer priorities with MRI’s capabilities and long-term growth strategySkills5+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, customer success, or relationship management within business products or servicesBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline; or equivalent training and experience in business, sales, or account managementDemonstrated track record of retaining and growing strategic customer relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and meeting or exceeding account growth targetsProven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsorsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop account plans, deliver executive-level presentations, and clearly articulate business valueDemonstrated understanding of CRM systems, account planning tools, business applications, and the technology ecosystem used to support customer engagement and growthMust be open to travel as needed to support strategic customer meetings, executive business reviews, industry events, and account planning activitiesAbility to participate in onboarding, product training, and ongoing sales enablement programs upon hire is requiredPersonal credit card, or functional equivalent, is required for business expenses, which shall be reimbursed pursuant to company policySoftware, SaaS, or real estate industry experience preferredCompany OverviewMRI Software is a provider of innovative real estate software applications and hosted solutions.
