[Remote] Strategic Account Manager - Injection

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing enterprise-wide customer relationships for Milacronâs most strategic accounts, driving sustainable revenue growth, retention, and account expansion through strong customer insight and collaboration.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary owner of assigned strategic (ultimate parent and parentâlevel) accounts, with responsibility for relationship management and commercial alignment across all strategic account typesDrive awareness of Milacronâs capabilities within new and existing national / parentâlevel accounts through proactive, strategic outreachDevelop and maintain a specialized understanding of each assigned strategic account, including customer structure, trends, and performance drivers, to inform account strategy and executionCoordinate overall strategic account sales strategy, collaborating with Field Sales Representatives to support siteâlevel execution and close opportunitiesLead quote and order finalization activities for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment across Sales, SPE, Product, and Engineering teamsLead executiveâlevel and Câsuite negotiations at the parent level; support plantâlevel negotiations as needed in partnership with the fieldDrive parentâlevel customer commitments, including presence and leadership in key siteâlevel close activities when requiredOwn annual strategic account planning, ensuring alignment of strategy, priorities, and execution across the field organizationConduct quarterly account reviews to assess performance, identify risks and opportunities, and adjust strategy as neededLead monthly internal reviews with field and crossâfunctional partners to ensure execution discipline, visibility to changes, and CRM accuracyIdentify and qualify opportunities in collaboration with Field Sales RepresentativesLead customer needs assessment and solution alignment across internal teams.
