[Remote] Strategic Account Manager, Cardiology

The Strategic Account Manager will manage and grow large strategic accounts, support product development initiatives, and lead projects aimed at improving profitability and operational efficiency in the cardiac PET imaging domain.ResponsibilitiesLead strategic account management activities across large integrated delivery networks (IDNs), private cardiology practices, imaging networks, and enterprise healthcare organizationsDevelop and maintain long-term executive relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, administrators, imaging directors, operational leaders, and KOLsRetain, grow, and expand utilization across strategic accounts within the BDI Molecular Imaging, Cardiology portfolioPartner with field sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic account planning, customer engagement, and execution of growth initiativesMaintain deep understanding of cardiac PET trends, reimbursement dynamics, competitive positioning, and healthcare system prioritiesPartner with KOLs, physicians, technologists, and commercial leadership to gather customer insights and feedback related to current and future product development needsSupport lifecycle management initiatives for CardioGen-82, HeartSee, and potential future BDI Molecular Imaging, Cardiology portfolio assetsCoordinate commercial readiness and go-to-market (GTM) activities for New Product Introductions (NPIs), including:Customer targetingQuote and proposal languageCRM/SFDC opportunity managementCommercial field communicationTraining coordinationSupport the strategic expansion and adoption of HeartSee coronary flow reserve and quantitative cardiac PET analysis solutions by partnering with clinical and commercial teams to integrate HeartSee into customer workflows, physician education programs, and enterprise imaging initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Reimbursement, and Regulatory teams to support product adoption and customer successLead and support strategic initiatives focused on profitability improvement, operational efficiency, and long-term commercial growthSupport development of pricing strategies, workflow enhancements, and customer retention initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve serviceability, equipment utilization, and operational scalability across the installed customer baseGather competitive intelligence, market insights, customer feedback, and cardiac PET trends to support strategic business planning and future investment prioritiesSupport development of educational programs, congress strategy, physician roundtables, customer advisory initiatives, and clinical collaborations focused on cardiac PET imaging and quantitative flow analysisAssist leadership with execution of high-priority commercial and operational initiativesOther duties as determined by business needsSkillsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree or completion of a certificate programMinimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, or cardiac imagingStrong understanding of cardiac PET imaging, radiopharmaceuticals, quantitative flow analysis, and healthcare economicsDemonstrated experience managing large strategic accounts and executive-level customer relationshipsExperience working cross-functionally within highly matrixed organizationsStrong project management, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to influence stakeholders across commercial, operational, and clinical functionsExperience with CRM systems and strategic account planning processesAbility to travel 50%+ with overnights requiredStrong knowledge of cardiac PET imaging, molecular imaging workflows, and quantitative flow technologiesNuclear Medicine Technologist certification (CNMT, ARRT(N), or equivalent) and PET specialty certificationExperience working across both provider and industry/commercial healthcare environmentsBenefitsA comprehensive benefits package including a complete healthcare plan401k with matchingWork/life harmonyGenerous paid holidaysCompany OverviewBlue Earth Diagnostics is an established molecular imaging company focused on providing innovative, well-differentiated diagnostics solutions, informing patient management, and driving future therapies in cancer.
