[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

They are currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager responsible for growing revenue with existing national corporate customers and onboarding new clients, while developing strong relationships and increasing market share within designated accounts.ResponsibilitiesLead development and execution of national strategic account plans for regional business and coordination of plan development for national strategic accounts with national internal teamBuild and strengthen relationships with new and current key customers at all organizational levels between Flexcon and customers, particularly at the senior levelIncrease market share by demonstrating brand value and preference with designated key accounts and geographic areaNegotiate Corporate (multi-location) bids and rebate packages, collaborating with various cross-functional teams to recommend best product solutions as neededDevelop and revise business proposals with existing accounts by analyzing historical data on customer spending, as well as considerations of client objectives, timing, product offerings, product performance and inventory availabilityProvide a high level of customer intimacy with clients with effective communication, timely responses to requests and proactive resolution of potential issuesIdentify critical areas for improvement by diagnosing all aspects of our engagement at each location, while targeting those with the biggest upside potential for growth and partnershipCollaborate closely with Business Development in identifying brand owner pull through opportunities to increase strategic and profitable brand awareness and growthLearn and build knowledge base on Flexcon products and applications driving value add with customers and/or end-customersEnsure effective cross functional communication across the internal teams to understand and anticipate customer needsSkillsBachelor's degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent business experience10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a label or flexible packaging manufacturing environmentExcellent relationship building throughout key account organization and VOC mentalityExperience in building relationships, engaging with, and value selling to C-Level SuiteExperience in developing and writing contracts & supply agreementsDemonstrated experience working with Converters, Tiered Suppliers & CPGs/OEMsBenefitsCompetitive Compensation & Annual Bonus ProgramMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceTuition Reimbursement Program401K MatchCasual Work EnvironmentCareer Development OpportunitiesBase salary, healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision), life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, wellness programs, and tuition assistanceCompany OverviewFLEXcon unique is their relentless pursuit of the right coated and laminated film or adhesive for each and every application.
