[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager will manage key customer relationships in the medical industry, focusing on driving strategic account management and identifying growth opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagementDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and long-term partnershipsIdentify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing key accountsMaintain and expand business within the assigned key customer portfolioCollaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Program Management, and Marketing, to support customer needs and projectsManage sales forecasting, issue resolution, and reporting for key accountsBuild strong relationships with customer supply chain, commodity teams, and engineering stakeholdersCreate and deliver tailored sales presentations and business reviews for key accountsParticipate in technology forums, industry events, and customer presentationsEnsure a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within assigned accountsCoordinate and manage technical new product sales quote requests for key customersTrack and report monthly sales performance and account developmentsPrepare weekly sales reports, forecasting, and strategic planningProvide monthly sales updates on key accounts to the Sales DirectorTravel as needed to maintain, nurture, and develop key accountsDevelop a long-term sales strategy for key accounts to align with company growth objectivesSupport Marketing, PLM, and Costing Engineers in pricing and quoting for key accountsCultivate and manage high‑value customer relationships and partnershipsLead commercial negotiations, contract development, and long‑term agreement structuresServe as a senior point of escalation for strategic customersWork with Product and Marketing to align offerings with customer and market needsPartner with Finance on pricing strategies, modeling, and profitability optimizationCollaborate with Operations and Delivery teams to ensure commercial commitments are metLead and mentor commercial, sales, or business development team membersPromote a culture of accountability, customer focus, and high performanceDrive continuous improvement across commercial processes and toolsSkillsBachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, Medical technical sales, business development, or applications engineeringStrong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersExperience in engineering drawings and working with 3D CAD systems (SolidWorks preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectStrong technical understanding of stamping, forming, and injection molding processesExperience with GD&T and ERP systemsFamiliarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Goldmine)Company OverviewENNOVI Holdings Pte Ltd designs and engineers battery, power platform, and signal interconnect solutions for electric vehicles.
