As a Strategic Account Manager, you will partner closely with customers to align Cadmium’s products with their strategic objectives and help them maximize the potential of the learning and event platform.ResponsibilitiesConsistently meet or exceed monthly assigned quotaManage a portfolio of current customers and partners for renewal, upsell, and cross-sellFind new logo opportunity through management of strategic partner relationshipsCultivate and maintain excellent relationships by using a consultative approachReport on the status of accounts and transactionsMaintain timely documentation within HubSpot of customer contact and activity dataAccountable for sales metrics, accurate forecasting, regular monthly revenue delivery, and the implementation of agreed account and business plansCollaborate with Marketing to develop an effective plan for accounts, to include events, seminars, and roadmap sessionsPromote Cadmium’s products, maximize brand recognition and mindshare at all levels, and publicize success storiesDevelop and maintain expert-level knowledge about Cadmium’s products and servicesMaintain a deep understanding of pricing and product configuration alternatives to design solutions for customers and demonstrate our solutionsWork in close collaboration with Operation team members to ensure operational excellence on your clients’ projectsProduce estimates/SOWs/proposals as needed to add or renew productsAttend industry related tradeshows and visit clients on a regular basisAttend company sponsored training sessions, meetings, and events as requiredResolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely mannerBuild rapport with customers via phone conversations, attendance at industry events, holding annual strategic business reviews with larger clients and visiting their place of businessSkillsDemonstrated ability to meet quota and adapt to changing environments5+ years of successfully selling software and servicesBachelor's Degree in business, marketing, technical or related field, MBA is a plusProven ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include relationship management, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product functionValidated ability to build a strategic sales plan, prioritize, and execute as plannedTrack record of selling using a 'solutions-oriented' approach that uses consultative sales techniquesExperience working with Event Management or Learning Management Technology a plusExperience using Hubspot platform for tracking leads and pipeline is a plusDES, CMP, CEM or similar meetings industry qualifications are a plusCASE (Certified Association Sales Executive) certification a plusCompany OverviewCadmium is a creative tool for animators.
