[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through business development with key accounts, managing partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop seasonal strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and long-term growth for each strategic accountDevelop and maintain seasonal line plans with strategic partners, including category, style, unit, and revenue forecastingPartner with customers and internal teams to build annual business plans that align product assortments, launch calendars, inventory needs, and revenue targetsCreate and manage rolling forecasts by account, product category, and key initiative to support inventory planning and financial objectivesDevelop strong, effective relationships with customers, franchise partners, licensors, vendors, and internal stakeholdersManage strategic partnership, licensing, and co-branded program timelines to ensure contractual commitments, deliverables, and launch milestones are executed successfullySchedule, organize, and lead regular strategic account meetings to review performance, present initiatives, establish seasonal buys, and align on future growth opportunitiesServe as the primary business lead for assigned strategic partnerships and key accountsPartner with internal teams to ensure contractual obligations, partnership agreements, and key initiatives are executed successfully and on scheduleBuild, curate, and manage seasonal assortments that support customer objectives and revenue goalsLiaison with Design and Product Development to support seasonal launches, co-branded programs, SMU opportunities, and exclusive product initiativesPitch special product programs, exclusive collections, packs, and promotional initiatives to drive incremental revenueServe as the primary cross-functional lead for strategic partnerships, coordinating Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain teamsIdentify risks, opportunities, and resource needs to ensure successful execution of strategic account initiativesMaintain a detailed calendar of product launches, marketing activations, partnership milestones, and key customer initiativesMeet and exceed assigned account revenue and profitability goalsMonitor and report sell-through, inventory performance, and other key performance indicatorsAssist with maintaining appropriate inventory levels through strategic selling and promotion of distressed inventoryMonitor emerging market trends, customer needs, and partnership opportunities to drive growthSkills5+ years of experience managing accounts within apparel, accessories, footwear, sporting goods, or related consumer products industriesExperience with use of CRM, ERP and B2B systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills requiredAbility to travel up to 30-40%Experience managing large strategic accounts and developing long-term customer growth plansProven track record of delivering sales results through creative selling, business development, and strategic account managementStrong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilitiesAbility to influence at all levels of an organization and work effectively with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated understanding of retail math, forecasting, inventory planning, and sales analyticsDemonstrated ability to build and grow strategic business partnershipsAbility to effectively present business strategies, account plans, and product concepts to both internal and external stakeholdersStrong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and drive accountability without direct reporting authorityExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-throughEffective time management, planning, prioritization, and decision-making skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including forecasting, data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, lookups, and business planningAbility to travel as required to build relationships and meet the needs of strategic partners and key accountsExperience building forecasts, line plans, sales analyses, and business reviews preferredProduct development, SMU, assortment planning, and merchandising experience preferredExperience developing line plans, seasonal assortments, and account-level forecastingKnowledge of boutique fitness channels including Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Cycle, HIIT, Functional Fitness, and related categoriesExperience working with licensing, co-branded, or strategic partnership programs preferredExperience with off-price, closeout, liquidation, or inventory optimization channels is a plusBenefitsRemote work settingWellness focused work environment, casual/lifestyle apparel work attire, one hour paid fitness time per week.Headquarter office includes -
