[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing customer accounts, driving revenue through upsells, and collaborating with internal teams to identify sales opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesOwn new sales expansion within AMS (upsells & add ons)Identify, leading scope pursuit using Sales Solution Architect, negotiate, and close dealsPass Extend/BOW, Competitive, or Ramp to Prime opportunities to Business DevelopmentMaintain relationships with AMS customers and associated Workday RSD & CBAE's to uncover expansion opportunitiesAlign with AMS Client Contact (ACC) to stay updated on customer needsAttend Workday events within the regionManages a high volume of multiple customers using exceptional organizational and time management techniquesStay on top of any major changes within their customer’s organization to be able to effectively help align service offerings based on evolving needsUnderstand how the customer’s Workday roadmap can / will influence decisions and activitiesCommunicate clearly and concisely. Collaborate effectively and synergistically within designated teamsWorking closely with Workday CBAEs to educate on Intecrowd capabilities and to partner on expansion opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams including: ACCs, Sales, AMS team and PS leadersAbility to “read the room” (virtually or in person) and pivot as neededSkillsPrevious sales or business development experience in the Workday ecosystem is a MUSTProven track record of consistently achieving team sales goals such as opening & closing opportunitiesProven account management / strategic planning experience, with demonstrated ability to support multiple customers effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to engage at the C-LevelProven ability to engage across corporate functions (AMS, Managing Professional Services, Executive Leadership, etc.)You live by a set of values that align with the Values and Guiding Principles of our CharterCompany OverviewIntecrowd is a Workday services partner with strong expertise in initial deployment, phase X, and post-production support for HCM, Financials, Adaptive Planning, Integrations, Extend, and more.
