They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive sustainable revenue growth by connecting large organizations with their customer experience solutions, focusing on building strategic relationships and closing high-value deals.ResponsibilitiesResearch target accounts and develop prospecting campaignsDive deep into understanding their business and the potential for business alignmentGo high and wide within enterprise organizations to understand the full scope of opportunityLead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcomes. This includes prospecting campaigns, driving the discovery process at meetings with both prospects and clients, forecasting, selling with Value Framework, and ultimately closing the dealEngage with the sales ecosystem and Medallia Partners in support of sales opportunitiesParticipate in internal team meetings to collaborate with supporting the ecosystem on opportunities, resolve customer issues, share best practices, and work with cross-functional teamsSkills5+ years of field sales experience at an Enterprise software/SaaS organizationA proven top performer in a quota-carrying sales roleDemonstrated experience creating opportunities within large strategic accounts; lengthy sales cyclesSuccessfully closed large deals at enterprise levels with strategic planning, focus, and driveDemonstrated experience selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite levelDemonstrated previous success in exceeding sales targets, building strong pipelines, and nurturing key accountsCompany OverviewMedallia provides SaaS platform focused on customer experience management.
