Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sapphire Stream Technology is seeking a Strategic Account Sales Lead for Software & AI Services in North America. This role involves driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with strategic technology accounts and building relationships to create sustainable revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesMeet prescribed sales quotas and monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior managementBuild and maintain account plans, including customer organization maps, stakeholder maps, opportunity roadmaps, competitive landscape, and action plans in the North America regionEstablish, build, and manage multi-level relationships with customers and their partner organizationsDevelop and present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new businessManage business opportunity pipelines to ensure tracking the opportunity status and forecasting revenues to produce reports in a timely mannerCollaborate with internal delivery teams and external partners when needed, to structure competitive delivery models for software and AI development projectsHave a comprehensive understanding of both the customersβ businesses and their market competitors to ensure that effective strategic proposals are providedSkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in software service sales or a related field with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsDemonstrated success in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing dealsAbility to understand customer technical needs and translate them into software, AI, and engineering service proposalsStrong analytical, self-motivated, and problem-solving capabilitiesWillingness to travel as neededFluent verbal and written professional communication in EnglishBachelor's degree in business, marketing, a related field, or technical domainExperience developing business with Big Tech, cloud service providers, platform companies, or large enterprise technology customers is strongly preferredExperience in engineering services, software outsourcing, or professional services business models is preferredCompany OverviewSapphire Stream Technology (SST) is a global enterprise providing comprehensive end-to-end AI-powered solutions across Automotive, Intelligent IoT, and On-Device AI sectors.
