They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage high-value accounts and develop relationships with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies, driving growth and customer satisfaction through their SaaS solutions.ResponsibilitiesManage complex, high-value accounts within Fortune 500 and large enterprise segmentsDevelop and influence C-level relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to executive stakeholdersRepresent Omnissa’s full SaaS portfolio—including Workspace ONE and Horizon—using a consultative, value-driven sales approachIdentify and close new business, expand existing accounts, and drive long-term customer success and satisfactionShowcase expert negotiation and closing skills to win complex, high-value dealsDemonstrate strategic account planning and pipeline management, maintaining a clear, data-driven view of forecasts in Salesforce (SFDC)Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partner teams to deliver exceptional outcomesStay ahead of End User Computing (EUC) trends and competitive landscape to position innovative solutionsParticipate in industry events, customer meetings, and regional activities to expand influence and market presenceSkills5–10 years of successful SaaS enterprise field sales experienceExpertise in developing strategic relationships with C-level decision makers at Fortune 500 customers and navigating complex enterprise sales cyclesSkilled in territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management with rigor and precisionConsistent track-record of quota over-achievement and top performanceProven success in upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing customer lifetime valueStrong communication skills with exceptional storytelling and presentation abilitiesExperience with Salesforce and modern sales toolsA proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solvingEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experienceKnowledge of EUC, VDI, UEM, or DaaS solutions is a plusBenefitsEmployee ownershipHealth insurance401k with matching contributionsDisability insurancePaid-time offGrowth opportunitiesCompany OverviewOmnissa is a digital work platform.
