[Remote] Strategic Account Executive

Rogo is building Wall Street's first true AI banker, aiming to empower finance professionals with AI that delivers speed, accuracy, and insight. The Strategic Account Executive will own expansion quotas for significant strategic accounts, develop multi-year strategic account plans, and build C-Suite relationships with major financial institutions.ResponsibilitiesOwn expansion quota for a small, highly concentrated book of the company's most significant strategic accounts—the largest and most influential financial institutions in the worldMap complex organizations, identify opportunities across business units, product lines, geographies, and new use casesDevelop and execute multi-year strategic account plans to deepen Rogo's footprint and drive seven-figure expansionsPartner closely with Strategic Opportunities, forward-deployed teams (banking and engineering), Product, and Rogo executives to design and deliver client outcomesBuild and maintain C-Suite relationships; become a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leadersSkills10+ years closing complex SaaS deals, including experience selling to regulated financial institutions (e.g. investment banks, asset managers, or other capital markets firms)Track record of hitting multimillion dollar quotas using structured frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar methodologiesDeep enterprise experience: proven ability to map organizations, identify white space, and execute multi-threaded expansion strategies within large, sophisticated accountsAbility to translate advanced AI concepts into board-level ROI narratives that resonate with CTOs, CIOs, and business unit headsBoth startup scrappiness AND enterprise rigor: comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous environments while running highly structured engagements with Fortune 500 accountsObsession with pipeline discipline and deal execution: maintain clean forecasts, drive deals forward relentlessly, and consistently deliver on commitmentsDeep familiarity with LLMs, data-privacy standards, and enterprise infosec reviewsExperience building strategic account frameworks or processes at a high-growth companyCompany OverviewRogo.ai is an AI platform for finance that automates research, analysis, and financial workflows for investment banks and investors.
