They are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive 3 to manage relationships with enterprise customers utilizing their messaging, voice, and email services, driving revenue and strategic account growth.ResponsibilitiesManage and expand some of our most important Financial Services and Health & Life Sciences customer accountsDevelop, drive, and execute account strategy to consistently deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit resultsPartner closely with other Twilio teams to identify new revenue opportunities within your Financial Services and Health & Life Sciences account portfolioServe on a cross-functional account team with representatives from product, finance, support, and services teamsRun a disciplined forecast, consistently achieve goals, and present guidance to executive managementRun highly consultative sales cycles with our largest customers with a focus on deep discovery, listening to customer needs and being an effective champion for their point of view in the organizationGenerate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast utilizing our CRM, SalesforceEstablish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert and share industry updates and changes with the GTM sales organizationSkillsPossess a total of 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to mid-market, major account or strategic salesDemonstrate expertise in managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions for customersAccountable for relationship management, cross sells, upsells and solutions consultingComfortable working with business and highly technical leaders, while influencing their understanding and building supportive partnershipsAnalytical account development strategy based on using data to find opportunities and prove valueDemonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial modelsEntrepreneurial mindset with appetite to define process and build programsRecord of delivering revenue and gross profit results, especially for large-scale and enterprise customersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experienceDeep experience working with telecom companies, including CPAAS, SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communications platformsDomain expertise from a highly quantitative industry such as DevOps, Fintech, Health & Life Sciences, advertising optimization, investment banking, security or commodity trading especially in non-standard segmentsSoftware, SaaS, CPaas or PaaS selling experienceExperience leading complex opportunities with Financial Services and Health & Life Sciences industry customersBenefitsCompetitive payGenerous time offAmple parental and wellness leaveHealthcareA retirement savings programEquity planHealth care insurance401(k) retirement accountPaid sick timePaid personal time offPaid parental leaveEligible to earn commissionsCompany OverviewTwilio is a cloud communication company that enables users to use standard web languages to build voice, VoIP, and SMS apps via a web API.
