The role focuses on managing strategic enterprise accounts, driving multi-product platform adoption, and structuring large-scale agreements with district leadership and procurement teams.ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise growth strategy across assigned top-tier K–12 school districtsDrive multi-product platform adoption across safety, analytics, filtering, classroom management, and device management solutionsNavigate complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder decision structuresStructure and close large-scale, multi-year enterprise agreementsBuild executive-level relationships with district leadership and technology teamsRepresent Lightspeed at national conferences, executive forums, and strategic eventsPartner with internal leadership on account strategy, forecasting, and expansion opportunitiesSkills8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably within EdTech or SaaSProven record of exceeding quota in complex enterprise sales environmentsExperience selling into large K–12 school districts or public sector organizationsDemonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cyclesStrong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior district leadersExperience selling multi-product platforms or enterprise software solutionsExperience displacing established vendors in competitive marketsFamiliarity with district funding structures, consortium purchasing, and procurement processesBenefitsOur benefits and perks are built to support your overall wellbeing—at work and beyond.
