The role involves managing global equity programs, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements while collaborating with various cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and administer multiple company stock plans, including grant processing, exercises/releases, terminations, and comprehensive reportingAudit and update the employee stock database while facilitating information exchange with external brokers (Eβ’TRADE)Collaborate on the design, communication, and continuous improvement of equity plans and related educational programsAssist in administering the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), handling enrollments, contribution changes, semi-annual purchases, and disposition reportingRespond promptly to participant inquiries regarding equity programs, delivering excellent service to employees at all levelsPrepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly equity-related reports, supporting accounting and audit functionsPartner with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, HR, Legal, transfer agents, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless equity administrationSupport year-end processes such as payroll audits, tax rate updates, and Section 6039 complianceEnsure international stock plan compliance, staying current with legislative changes and global best practicesAct as a liaison for SOX compliance and audits, identifying and implementing process improvement opportunitiesProvide ad hoc analysis and contribute to special projects as they ariseSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in equity administration, with international exposure preferredExpertise in managing high-volume stock plans within a public company environmentProficiency with MS Word and Excel; experience with Equity Edge Online and EEO Workflow is a plusIn-depth knowledge of SEC regulations, global equity compliance, and global taxationStrong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detailCertified Equity Professional (CEP) strongly preferredBenefitsThis role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonusesSynopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a competitive total rewards packageCompany OverviewSynopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products.
