[Remote] Staffing Specialist III, Contingent Workforce

The role involves full lifecycle recruiting, managing relationships with hiring managers and vendors, and ensuring a quality pool of candidates for contingent workforce requisitions.ResponsibilitiesCultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers and agency vendorsUnderstand the skills and background required, the impact of the role, and what constitutes an ideal fitEnsure a quality pool of candidates for every assigned requisition by using both vendors and self-sourcing strategiesExecute staffing strategies and review fair market value for candidate with vendor and hiring managerEffectively manage requisition loadManage the full lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including interview and rate negotiation with vendors and close candidates in a timely manner, additionally and proactively managing end date and awareness of extension needs aligned with business needs of managerChampion a positive candidate experience and effectively manage candidates throughout the processManage Vendor Management System and Applicant Tracking System including all changes, updates and reportingManage contract extensions for assigned requisitions and client groupsCreate meaningful metrics and recommendations based on trends, gaps, etcAdminister guidance to contractors and managers for weekly time entry - Other duties as assigned to include invoice validationSkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience: sourcing passive candidates, managing full lifecycle recruiting including interview coordination, rate negotiation, managing candidate and hiring manager expectations, ideally on a global scaleExperience working in software or technology services organizationsStrong researching and sourcing experienceExcellent problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressure and prioritize workloadMust be able to manage highly confidential informationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetailed oriented - Experience with LinkedIn RecruiterVendor Management Systems and Applicant Tracking SystemsStartup experience along with the ability to scale with a fast-growing company, highly desiredBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceDisability insurancePaid Parental Leave401(k) programGenerous Paid time off (PTO)Company OverviewRimini Street is an independent provider of enterprise software support services for Oracle and SAP licensees.
