They are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager who will manage complex product development programs, ensure operational readiness for AI capabilities, and drive best practices in Technical Program Management.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate on the engineering organization's pivot to an agent-first Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deploymentManage cross-system integration and interoperability of the org-wide AI workflow, ensuring agents across Core Platform, SRE, and Support communicate effectivelyPartner with AI Engineering to ensure operational readiness for AI-owned capabilities and systems, including defining clear escalation paths, incident handling procedures and Go-to-Market readinessProvide leadership for development initiatives and lead the end to end delivery of the most complex initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring successful outcomesBe a change advocate responsible for initiating and leading multiple organizations through pivots needed to address shifts in business trends and prioritiesDrive Technical Program Management best practices and develop best of class software development processesUse deep technical skills and domain knowledge to influence the strategic direction of teams and the departmentDefine and track improvement to metrics for quality and performance across complex projects involving many teamsDevelop methods for ongoing communication of planning, program status, issues, and risks to stakeholdersWe are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hoursSkills5+ years of leadership experience on software teams as a Technical Program Manager or Development ManagerMachine learning experience, ideally in applied settings where models or AI systems were shipped, integrated, evaluated, or operated in productionWorking knowledge of Agentic AI (e.g., machine learning, model lifecycle, data pipelines)Experience designing workflows where AI accelerates execution (coding, triage, diagnostics) without compromising system quality or increasing on-call burdenFluency in providing deep technical, product, and user context to AI systems to achieve high-quality outputExperience delivering complex projects or solutions that span different groups within an organizationExcellent verbal and written skills coupled with an ability to present to all levels in an organization, whether explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives or discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineersSkilled at influencing stakeholders and leadership to develop systems, solutions, and productsAdaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworksExperience with common software development tools (e.g. GitHub, bitbucket, Jenkins) and public cloud technology (e.g. AWS, Azure etc)BenefitsIncentive compensation (commission) for sales and some sales-adjacent rolesCribl Corporate Bonus Program for all other rolesHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceShort-term disability insuranceLife insurancePaid holidaysPaid time offFertility treatment benefit401(k)EquityCompany OverviewCribl, the AI Platform for Telemetry, empowers enterprises to manage and analyze telemetry for humans and agents.
