The Staff Technical Program Manager will lead critical product development initiatives for the Linear Generator, driving alignment across teams and ensuring successful execution from program definition to high-volume manufacturing.ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive complex product development programs: Lead a portfolio of programs ranging from focused tactical initiatives to multi-year, company-wide efforts, ensuring delivery against technical, schedule, and business objectivesProgram-level decision ownership: Frame tradeoffs, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive alignment when priorities competeExecutive and stakeholder communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership and external partners to drive decisions, provide program visibility, and escalate risks proactivelyCross-functional leadership: Partner closely with engineering, reliability, test, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to align priorities and streamline executionManufacturing readiness and scale: Drive programs through NPI, manufacturing handoff, and production ramp, ensuring design, supply chain, and operational readinessTools, process, and systems optimization: Leverage tools such as Jira and enterprise data systems to improve program transparency, execution discipline, and cross-team collaborationRisk management: Identify technical, operational, and schedule risks early; lead mitigation planning and execution across teamsSkills10+ years Program leadership experience: Proven success leading complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept through production in fast-paced hardware development environments.
