They are seeking a Staff Solutions Operations Manager to act as a business partner for Solutions Engineering and Consulting, focusing on driving operational excellence and accelerating revenue through innovative pre-sales processes.ResponsibilitiesDrive forecasting, deal inspection, and win/loss analysis for Solutions Engineering, providing weekly pacing updates, confidence overlays, and strategic narrative to SE leadershipAccelerate AI transformation within the Solutions organization, from opportunity identification and prioritization through requirements definition, design, development, deployment and governanceBuild and orchestrate AI agents that automate high-volume operational workflows (e.g., deal prep, loss analysis, forecast digests, QBR generation), applying agentic architecture including skills-based design, agent chaining, and composable frameworksDesign and maintain SE:AE territory alignment, capacity models, and headcount plans to ensure optimal coverage across segments, geographies, and deal complexity tiersManage variable compensation operations end-to-end: target setting, leading indicator definition, quota uploads, attainment tracking, incentive development, and payout governanceProduce QBRs, executive summaries, and cross-functional communications that synthesize SE and SC performance into compelling narratives for leadershipIdentify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions by utilizing a mix of process improvements, automation, and AI-driven tools to revolutionize critical business processes and increase team productivitySynthesize the Solutions experience and overall trends to drive cross-functional alignment with teams including Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product & Engineering, and FinanceSkills5+ years in an Operations and/or Strategy role focused on Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering/Consulting, or similar GTM functionsDeep knowledge of pre-sales methodology, deal qualification, pipeline management, solution scoping, and related performance metricsTrack record of leading technology-enabled business process transformations, with an emphasis on strategic application of AI and automation tools and techniques (e.g., Claude, Gemini, n8n, Retool, Zapier, Make)AI-native professional who actively leverages generative and agentic AI in their day-to-day work, bringing firsthand expertise to help internal teams unlock the full potential of automationExpert in managing and analyzing data, including building reports and models for executives and senior leaders, front line managers and individual contributorsExperience with managing budgets, running a forecasting cadence, and performing variance analysisEffective at engaging and influencing executive stakeholders, building consensus, and driving collaborative changeDemonstrated leadership role in building/scaling teams and workflows, preferably in a pre-sales, solutions, or revenue operations functionDirect experience with a SaaS business model, customer journey and core KPIs in a high-growth, global environmentProficient with Salesforce, ClickUp, Gong, or comparable platformsStrategic thinker with a bias for action: hands-on, scrappy, and able to take projects to the finish lineExhibits extreme accountability and ownership, with an obsession for continuous improvement and mastery of your craftCompany OverviewClickUp is a cloud-based productivity and project management software company that provides an all-in-one platforms for task management.
