[Remote] Staff Solution Consultant

The Staff Solution Consultant will support U.S. Public Sector customers in deploying and maintaining endpoint security systems, while also serving as a cybersecurity Subject-Matter Expert and facilitating problem resolution with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for overall customer experience and successful delivery of servicesYou will build and maintain strong customer relationshipsYou will work with a group of customer organizations to deploy, integrate, and operationalize Trellixβs Endpoint Detection and Response capabilities across a broad enterpriseYou will write technical documentation and briefingsYou will lead and/or participate in technical exchange meetingsYou will collaborate with end users as well as inter-agency, intra-agency, and internal Trellix stakeholdersYou will develop engineering artifacts such as system design diagrams, data flow diagrams, test plans, test reports, etcYou will lead or participate in development testing, debugging, pre-deployment testing, and post-deployment testingYou will lead or participate in certification and accreditation and/or access and authorization processesYou will lead or participate in deployment planning and executionYou will analyze technical/integration requirements and develop technical solutions for Customer review and consideration, and once approved, integrate into the customer's infrastructureYou will lead or participate in system configuration, tuning, and policy developmentYou will lead or participate in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and playbooksYou will monitor and manage system health, status, availability, and functionalityYou will report on technical problems, operational problems, and end user/customer feedbackYou will analyze data and provide recommendations for solutions to operational and/or technical problemsYou will lead or participate in technical troubleshooting efforts and problem resolution, including assessment, hands-on tasks, log reviews, performing triage tools, reviewing product documentation, and communicating with product support and development teamsSkillsExperience in large-scale operational environments focusing on cyber defenseExperience performing incident analysis, developing defensive capabilities, and designing and implementing security solutionsExperience with enterprise network technology planning, deployment, user migration and operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersDemonstrated technical proficiency in cybersecurity operations, cybersecurity engineering, systems engineering and/or Windows and Linux systems administrationExperience with Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS), e Policy Orchestrator (ePO), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Threat Intelligence Exchange (TIE), and Data Exchange Layer (DXL)Experience with Active Directory, Databases, Virtualization, Cloud Services [i.e., AWS, Azure] and enterprise networks5+ years in a technical capacityB.S. or higher in a related technical field (i.e., computer science, Information technology, or engineering)Aptitude and ability to develop expertise with Trellix productsFamiliarity with cyber threat identification, management, mitigation, and response strategiesActive TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraphActive DoD 8570 or DoD 8140 compliant cybersecurity certificationBenefitsRetirement PlansMedical, Dental and Vision CoveragePaid Time OffPaid Parental LeaveSupport for Community InvolvementCompany OverviewTrellix is a software and services provider for easy-to-create Web sites for consumers and small businesses.
