As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core infrastructure of the AI platform, ensuring its stability and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of foundational components and frameworks that serve as the building blocks for our Agentic AI platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and requirements, and create platform solutions that empower developers to build innovative applications on top of itCultivate a growth mindset, constantly studying and staying current with design patterns, techniques, and technologies that attract developers to platforms and frameworksWork closely with machine learning engineers to build the infrastructure that supports ML workflows, ensuring seamless and efficient execution within enterprisesProvide production support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure the platform's smooth operation and address any performance or scalability challengesSkillsUS Citizenship or Greencard is required due to US Government contract requirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience8–10+ years of software and platform engineering experience, with a strong track record of designing and operating large-scale distributed systemsDeep experience building platform infrastructure and backend systems that serve multiple products and engineering teamsExpert in Rust, with experience in designing and developing high-performance systems.
