You will help and accelerate foundational services to scale the output of our product teamsResolve issues with previously delivered featuresWrite unit and integration tests for code you createPeer review code developed by others on your teamEnsure software is secure, maintainableWork with designers, product managers, and other engineersEncourage automation and continuous improvementSkills8+ years of professional software development experience (full stack)Professional experience with Golang (Go)Experience with modern frontend technologies including React and TypescriptAn advocate for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)Experience with distributed systems or microservicesExperience designing APIs (Protocol Buffers, RAML, Swagger, OpenAPI, etc.)Strategic Orchestration of AI-Augmented Engineering: Drives org-wide adoption of AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) across frontend and backend domains to accelerate delivery of modular, full-stack features. Establishes and champions cross-stack standards for AI-generated code from API design to UI components ensuring automated testing and documentation workflows reduce technical debt at scale.
