The STAFF PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEER will provide Project Management leadership for end-to-end Product Development projects, ensuring timely launches while managing budget, cost, and quality. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving continuous improvement in project processes.ResponsibilitiesLead multiple medium to high complexity New Product Development projects with end-to-end ownership of projectsExcellent cross functional leadership abilityDrive diverse and inclusion workplace by identifying individual differences and their value; ability to recognize and respect the value of individual difference and diverse perspectives at all levels of the organizationStakeholder management – Identifies and manages stakeholder expectations. Tracking and reporting on project progress and product costChange Management: Perform integrated Change Management ControlAddressing and resolving issues/impediments in projectLeading continuous improvement of existing processes and implementation of new project componentsMonitoring coordination of internal resources with appropriate department, resolving operational issues, and ensuring project implementation on time, on cost, on qualityEffective project Risk management: create, monitor, and control risk management plansSkillsGraduate in engineering with 12-15 Yrs.
