They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own and scale their growth platform, focusing on new client acquisition and member enrollment while collaborating with various teams to drive execution and enhance product capabilities.ResponsibilitiesOwn the roadmap for the Growth pod end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration — with full accountability for outcomes, not just outputIdentify patterns across client engagements and translate recurring, fragmented client needs into scalable, configurable platform capabilities that serve many instead of onePartner with Engineering to define integration architecture and data exchange standards that enable Foodsmart to onboard enterprise clients at speed and scaleDefine and rigorously track Growth-oriented metrics — and use data to inform prioritization and measure impactBalance platform scalability with commercial urgency: know when to build for the pattern versus when a client-specific solution is the right callWork directly and regularly with Sales, Client Success, and Implementation teams to surface enterprise client requirements and translate them into product solutionsJoin client-facing conversations to gather first-hand requirements, validate product direction, and build confidence with external stakeholdersManage competing client priorities and strong commercial stakeholders with empathy and clarityPartner with PMM to support go-to-market strategies for new Growth capabilities, including sales enablement materials, rollout sequencing, and client-facing documentationSurface implementation learnings and client feedback loops back into the roadmap systematically, so your pod gets smarter with every client we onboardSet the strategy for the Growth pod while maintaining tight alignment with the CPO and commercial leadershipAdvocate for scalability, configurability, and repeatability in all product decisions — building Foodsmart's capacity to win more enterprise clients with less friction over timeContribute to cross-pod prioritization and portfolio planning, bringing the commercial lens into broader roadmap discussionsSkills7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent in B2B or B2B2C environments where you owned commercial-facing product areasA track record of owning a product area through growth cycles — not just shipping features, but building systems and infrastructure that scaled with the businessDirect experience working alongside Sales, Client Success, or enterprise Implementation teams — not just receiving their input, but embedded in their worldExperience bringing scalable platform capabilities to market in close partnership with commercial teams — including go-to-market planning, enablement, and launch sequencingComfort managing complex multi-stakeholder environments with competing prioritiesExperience in AI-enabled product development processes and toolsExperience in digital health, managed care, and/or employer benefitsExperience with integration concepts: APIs, data exchange standards, and benefit administration workflows in enterprise health plan or employer contextsFamiliarity with RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) or health plan integration landscapesExperience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or other government health program product contextsBenefitsRemote-First CompanyUnlimited PTOFlexible & remote locationHealthcare Coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)401k & bonusRegistered Dietitian SessionsCompany OverviewFoodsmart provides a digital nutrition platform that uses personalized dietary recommendations to improve health outcomes.
