[Remote] Staff Product Manager

They are hiring a Staff Product Manager to oversee the User Experience at their kiosks, ensuring operational efficiency and improving customer transaction completion rates. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with various teams to enhance the kiosk experience and drive product ownership metrics.ResponsibilitiesSize opportunities across kiosk performance to ensure prioritization truly solves the biggest problemBe a master of saying no, with clear articulation and data that backs reasoningPartner with Engineering (Hardware and Operations when relevant) to improve critical steps of the kiosk experience; including but not limited to connecting a device, evaluating a device, removing FMI and other accounts, ID verification, etcCollaborate with Data & Analytics to ensure performance and change is measured, credible and solidified with dataEnsure awareness across the company, the kiosk impacts all departments differently, all need to be completely aware of strategy, roadmap, wins, failures and prioritization strategyTravel approximately once per quarter to observe customers, study kiosk function, and partner with various departments to improve and evolve the kiosk experienceSkills8+ years of product management experience in software developmentExperience building user experiences for a physical product makes you more interesting (e.g. Self-service checkout, ordering kiosks, POS etc.)A track record of owning key revenue generating metricsStrong analytical capability and comfort defining (or evolving) operational KPIs with data teamsDemonstrated ability to operate as a senior IC in a cross-functional, execution-focused environmentExperimentation mindset with real history of A/B tests that substantiate incremental gainsBenefitsThis position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.Company OverviewecoATM and Gazelle are redefining how people and businesses manage technology responsibly.
