[Remote] Staff Product Manager

The Staff Product Manager will act as a critical liaison between the Product Management and Development teams, ensuring effective translation of business objectives into technical requirements and facilitating collaboration across stakeholders for successful product delivery.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap: Work with Product Management to understand product requirements and ensure that the existing development efforts are in alignment with product vision, strategy, and roadmapTechnical Translation: Act as the primary bridge between Product and Development teams, translating business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories, including creating tickets, conveying priority in sprints, and documenting any gaps between SRDs and PRDsStakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including design, product, development, and Sr. leadership to ensure seamless product development and successful deliveryBacklog Management: Support sprint planning and grooming to aid in prioritizing features, enhancements, and technical debt, and help maintain a clear and well-structured product backlogDevelopment Coordination: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, clarify requirements, and remove roadblocks to execution. Support any documentation needs regarding releases and bugsRisk Management: Identify potential technical and business risks, suggest mitigation strategies as neededProject Delivery: Support the delivery of assigned projects including working through bugs, suggesting workarounds, and providing impact assessment for any major roadblocksSkillsTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
