The Staff IT Product Manager will connect business strategy with technical execution to enhance Sales and Marketing systems, ensuring compliance and optimizing business processes.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary IT Product Manager for Sales systems, including Salesforce CRM, opportunity management, forecasting, and territory managementOwn SOX-related IT deliverables across the GTM systems portfolio, including documentation of IT general controls, support for internal and external audits, and ensuring system changes adhere to change management and access control policiesMaintain familiarity with the Marketing and Web Marketing technology stack to provide informed oversight, escalation support, and roadmap alignment in partnership with the Marketing Sr. Product ManagerAlign product roadmap and priorities with diverse stakeholders across Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Executive LeadershipIdentify and drive improvements across end-to-end GTM processes, including quote generation, order booking, and sales forecasting, with an eye toward reducing manual effort and improving data accuracyManage the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering (PRDs/User Stories) through UAT and global rollout, ensuring high-quality delivery across Sales and compliance-related initiativesLeverage data to identify trends in sales performance and system healthCollaborate with Engineering and Enterprise Architects to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and well-integrated across the broader Sales and Marketing stackLead change management for major system initiatives, ensuring high adoption through clear communication, intuitive UX design, and robust enablement strategiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experienceMinimum 10 years of experience in an IT Product Manager or Business Systems Analyst role, with demonstrated expertise across Sales, Revenue Operations, or Finance systemsSolid understanding of SOX IT general controls, change management requirements, and audit processes as they apply to enterprise business systemsExperience designing scalable architectures within Salesforce (including CPQ) and across multi-system GTM environments that minimize technical debt and support complex business modelsProven experience managing integration touchpoints across CRM and ERP platformsGood understanding of the Sales and Renewals business operational processAbility to write SOQL/SQL queries to extract and analyze data; experience with Data Loader and ETL tools for migration and reporting projectsStrong problem-solving abilities, including root-cause analysis, audit readiness, and data-driven decision-making across complex system environmentsExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, Finance, Sales leadership, and executive stakeholdersBroad familiarity with Marketing technology is a plusSalesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Administrator) are highly preferredSOX or audit-related certifications are a plusFamiliarity with AI-assisted development and productivity tools (e.g., Claude Code, CoWork) to accelerate delivery cycles and optimize system performanceBenefitsEligible for bonus potentialEquityBenefitsCompany OverviewRubrik is a data security platform that delivers cyber resilience, cyber posture, and cyber recovery solutions.
