[Remote] Staff Computer Vision Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fruition Group is building next-generation autonomous driving systems and is seeking a Perception Engineer to develop advanced vision and multi-sensor algorithms for vehicle autonomy. The role involves designing and deploying perception models and collaborating with various teams to ensure robust performance in real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities
• Design, train, and deploy perception models for object detection, tracking, segmentation, and 3D scene understanding
• Develop multi-sensor fusion pipelines (camera, LiDAR, radar) for robust real-world performance
• Optimize deep learning models for real-time, in-vehicle deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, controls, and systems teams to deliver production-grade autonomy
• Support data strategy, evaluation metrics, and large-scale validation efforts

Skills
• Strong experience in computer vision and deep learning (PyTorch or equivalent)
• Production experience deploying models to edge or embedded platforms
• Background in 3D perception, SLAM, or sensor fusion
• Proficiency in Python and C++
• Experience working with large-scale real-world datasets
• Autonomous driving or robotics experience
• Model optimization (quantization, mixed precision, TensorRT)
• Safety-critical or automotive-grade development exposure
