[Remote] Staff Broadband Consultant

The Staff Broadband Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting engagement managers by conducting research and analysis, coordinating client meetings, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with development of high-quality deliverables and solutions for clients in collaboration with engagement managers, subject matter experts, and project teamsDocumenting internal and external meeting notes, outcomes, and action items to facilitate effective communication across teamsGathering, organizing, and synthesizing data to generate qualitative and quantitative analyses to enable strategic recommendations and insightsProviding operational support to engagement managers and senior staff by tracking action items, delivery of client materials, and project timelinesInvestigating questions or problems identified by internal and external stakeholders to support the project teams with execution of tasksParticipating in client engagement to foster positive relationships with clients and their teams throughout the lifecycle of our engagementsCollaborating with other CTC teams, consultants, and subject-matter experts to satisfy engagement requirementsA flexible schedule is necessary to accommodate meetings and client needs across various time zonesSkillsOne to four years of client-facing consulting experience, demonstrating a proven ability to manage client relationships, deliver high-quality work, and navigate complex business challengesOne to four years of demonstrable expertise across broadband policy, infrastructure funding and implementation, digital opportunity, grants management, or broadband mapping and data analysis projectsAn educational background with representative coursework and projects that demonstrate critical thinking, adaptability, problem solving, and communication skills.
