The role involves completing residential property appraisals, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service while collaborating with a team.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops)
ā¢ Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws
ā¢ Manage data collection, verification, and analysis
ā¢ Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards
ā¢ Stay proactive with status updates and communication
ā¢ Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required
Skills
ā¢ Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing
ā¢ Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience
ā¢ Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance
ā¢ Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties
ā¢ Consistently meet performance indicators and maintain open communication with management support teams
ā¢ FHA Approved appraiser
