As a Staff Analyst on Product Analytics, you will shape the customer experience through high-quality experimental design and hypothesis testing, working cross-functionally with product managers, growth leads, designers, and engineers.ResponsibilitiesProvide thought leadership and strategic partnership to your product stakeholders, influencing roadmap decisions with data-driven insightsOwn the experimentation strategy for your product team, including test design, success metrics, sample-size estimation, guardrails, and results interpretationWork cross-functionally to define tracking requirements and ensure data integrity; lead analytics instrumentationDesign intuitive dashboards in Looker that democratize data and elevate data self-service capabilitiesCreate and maintain KPI frameworks and measurement plans for new features and initiativesChampion data quality, documentation, and deliverable consistency, serving as a mentor to junior analystsIdentify causal relationships using advanced statistical modeling, quasi-experimental methods, and predictive modelingSegment users based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic attributes to tailor product experiences and lifecycle communicationsConduct deep-dive analyses to answer strategic business questions, quantify opportunities, and recommend clear actionsSkills8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative fieldBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests in a product environmentExperience working with subscription-based business models and metricsExtensive experience working with data engineering teams and production data pipelinesExperience in data modeling and statistics; strong knowledge of experimental design + statistical inferenceExpert SQL skillsAdvanced experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Looker or TableauExperience programming in Python, SAS, or RDevelopment and training of predictive modelsAbility to explain technical analyses to non-technical audiences, both peers and executivesExperience to shaping and influencing product strategy; not just executing analysesA strong work ethic and proactive mindset; understanding a problem in detail and owning the resolutionStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage long-term projects from end to endExperience with price testing and modeling price elasticityExperience with telehealth conceptsProject management experienceDBT, airflow, and Databricks experienceBenefitsCompetitive salary & equity compensation for full-time rolesUnlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health daysComprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leaveEmployee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)401k benefits with employer matching contributionOffsite team retreatsCompany OverviewHims & Hers Health, Inc.
