They are seeking a Sr or Staff Frontend Engineer to contribute to the development of user-centric and performant UI platforms, ensuring an optimal user experience through scalable and responsive interfaces.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new applications & contribute towards the UI and potentially middle-layer developmentOwn projects aligned with our product development strategyDesign and implement solutions to achieve a delightful and intuitive user experienceContribute to the underlying platform to ensure it is extensible, scalable, and secureCollaborate with team and external stakeholders such as Product Managers, Backend Engineers, UX team, & our customersSkills10+ years of production ready application development experienceProficiency in modern Javascript, Typescript, and CSS/HTMLExpert in reading and understanding complex enterprise-grade code, quickly contribute to it, and suggesting improvementsProven experience developing thoughtful UI system design and architecture with extensibility in mindExcellent debugging skills (using dev tools source code, emphasis in identifying root cause, and proactively preventing future bugs)Proficiency integrating web API's or micro-services to UI in partnership with backend developersExperience implementing best practices of incorporating AI into user flowsFamiliarity with standard development tools and processes like Github Workflows, Git, JIRAExperience creating and building systems in production with high traffic usersComfortability in navigating ambiguity and taking the initiativeBS or MS in Computer science (or equivalent experience)Excitement to make an impact in rewiring US healthcare!BenefitsWork from anywhere in the US!
