[Remote] Sr. Workday Financial Integration Engineer

This role involves designing, developing, testing, and supporting data conversion and integration solutions for the Workday cloud application across Financial functional areas.ResponsibilitiesAct as a domain expert in Workday Financial Integration areas (e.g. Web Services Integration Development, Studio Integrations, Reporting, EIB, Connectors)Work across a distributed technical landscape to design, develop, test and support data conversion and integration solutionsIdentify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across Financial functional areasWork collaboratively with functional leads and architects to clarify business requirements and achieve consensus on organizational needs and prioritiesPrepare detailed estimates and test plans based on functional requirementsWork closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals, and gapsDrive the design, configuration, and deployment of new projects and system enhancementsParticipate in change management and go-live support processesDevelop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for systems developed based on gathered requirementsSkillsExperience with common integration problems such as security, data conversion, and implementation approachesExperience with Workday Web Service APIs, Studio, BIRT Reporting, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom Fields, XML/XSLTExperience working with PRISM Analytics and Accounting CenterStrong understanding of Workday Financials data model, including GL, AP, AR, etcAbility to deliver Workday integration solutions including requirements capture, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-go-live supportExperience delivering large-scale Workday Financial engagements or complex IT engagementsA bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar disciplineCompany OverviewiSoftStone is a global IT service and consulting company that creates value and drives success through technology solutions, service excellence, and digital innovation.
