[Remote] Sr. Value Attainment Analyst

Ambience Healthcare is building an AI intelligence platform to enhance healthcare delivery and improve financial ROI for health systems. The Senior Value Attainment Analyst will analyze customer data to create compelling ROI analyses, collaborating with various teams to support renewals and expansions.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end ROI analysis for assigned accounts - from data acquisition and cleaning through final deliverables and QBR presentations - ensuring analyses are accurate, on-time, and defensible under scrutiny from health system finance teamsApply and contribute to Ambience's value measurement frameworks across care settings and product lines, including E/M level improvement, HCC/RAF capture, coding capture and completeness, visit volume, and throughputBuild and deliver pre-sales pro forma models for deals in active negotiation, ensuring value creation assumptions are methodologically sound and grounded in cross-customer benchmarking dataMaintain and monitor the cross-customer value dashboard, flagging anomalies, contextualizing individual account results against peer benchmarks, and surfacing insights for leadershipPartner with Care Transformation Executives and the Sales team to translate analytical outputs into clear financial narratives and executive-ready summaries for health system C-Suite audiencesIdentify and document attribution logic for new value levers, edge cases, and methodology improvements as Ambience's product and customer base evolveSkills3-5 years in analytics, financial analysis, healthcare consulting, or a related field with clear quantitative depthHands-on experience with SQL and data manipulation; comfortable working with large, messy datasets (claims, billing, encounter records)Strong written communication - able to document methodology and produce outputs that cross-functional partners can use without translationTrack record of delivering analytical work product on deadline in a fast-moving environmentExperience at a health tech company, RCM vendor, payer analytics team, or healthcare consulting firmHealthcare finance experience strongly preferred - RevCycle, FFS reimbursement, HCC/RAF, coding capture and completeness mechanicsBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents401(k) with a company match of up to 3% of base salaryA remote-friendly culture (with a San Francisco HQ) and full equipment provisioning to ensure you can work effectively from wherever you’re based.Parental leave to support your family needsAnnual company-wide off-sites, team off-sites and regular team lunches and all-hands gatherings, with travel, lodging and meals coveredFlexible time off with no annual cap, company-wide holidays and an annual holiday shutdown from December 24–January 1 designed to support real rest and long-term sustainability.Company OverviewAmbience Healthcare develops an AI operating system used for documentation, coding, and clinical workflows in healthcare organizations.
