Title : Sr. UX designer (Onsite) Duration : 6+ Months Location : Newark, CA About the job Senior Product Designer Digital Experience Team We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who's great at juggling multiple projects and thrives in fast-changing environments. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with different teams, and turning ideas into real solutions, this could be the role for you. What You'll Be Doing Design for Both Worlds: Create tools for employees and experiences for customers. Collaborate Widely: Work with teams across the company-from shop floors to product teams. Clarify the Complex: Use visuals to align teams and drive progress. Prototype & Test: Turn ideas into designs and refine them through feedback. Influence Direction: Help shape product plans, service strategies, and tools. Tell the Story: Build clear, compelling presentations that explain your design thinking. Facilitate Workshops: Help plan and run Design Thinking sessions to align teams and spark ideas. What We're Looking For You're a great listener and can connect the dots others might miss. You've got 6+ years of experience in design research, service design, or systems thinking. You're comfortable starting from scratch and figuring things out as you go. You can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to work on the details. You're just as happy talking to customers or staff as you are designing in Figma. You're a strong communicator and can bring different teams together around a shared vision. Bonus Points If You Have Experience in the automotive world or other complex service industries. Familiarity with internal tools and systems that support employee workflows.
