[Remote] Sr Technical Program Manager

This role will focus on project leadership, resource planning, risk monitoring, and ensuring alignment with business goals.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Ownership: Drive technical implementation projects for Information Security project-related activities and initiativesContinuous Planning: Partner with Product and Technology leadership to facilitate planning sessions, ensuring program increments align with business goals and adaptive requirementsTechnical Roadmapping: Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and execution plans for system consolidations and workflow enhancementsDevelop and maintain a Security portfolio workstream plan that includes milestones, tasks and activitiesDelivery Oversight: Monitor project progress in partnership with Tech Leads, facilitating course corrections and surfacing risks to stakeholders for timely mitigationDependency & Integration Management: Track and coordinate complex dependencies across engineering teams, focusing on application routing, auth systems, and environment configurationsSecurity & Compliance: Coordinate with security teams to ensure internal services meet governance requirements and modern architectural standardsCross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Architecture, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure transparency and alignment on new ways of workingData Stewardship: Maintain high standards of data hygiene within the Atlassian suite to support accurate status reporting, metrics-driven decision-making, and financial capitalizationOutcome Tracking & Change Adoption: Measure project performance against committed goals, using data and adoption metrics to ensure new capabilities are successfully integrated. Leverage these insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure enterprise-level changes deliver their intended valueCommunication & Stakeholder Enablement: Orchestrate the end-to-end change journey through strategic, consistent communication.
