[Remote] Sr Technical Product Manager

The Senior Technical Product Manager will lead cross-functional engineering teams within the Enterprise domain, focusing on developing and delivering scalable AI solutions that enhance learning outcomes and drive data-informed decision making.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product lifecycle within the enterprise team - from planning through execution and continuous optimization - working closely with software engineering, data science, and business leadership to deliver secure, efficient, and integrated solutionsLead solution design and architecture discussions, partnering with technical teams to develop scalable, highâimpact enterprise and AI capabilitiesAlign and triage with engineering development, testing, and deploymentOwn prioritization and scope alignment for delivery execution, balancing stakeholder needs, business value, and technical feasibility for optimal outcomesDefine and track key product success metrics, using data and feedback to refine strategy and improve performance across platformsBuild trusted relationships across enterprise, business, and customerâfacing teams to ensure technology investments translate into measurable impactCollaborate with engineering, program management, and leadership teams to define product plans, manage resources, and coordinate successful executionBuild and disseminate domain expertise to manage dependencies and drive impactful dataâdriven solutionsMay have direct reports, and as such hires, trains, develops, and motivates a team of employees. Works with employees to establish annual goals and objectives. Conducts timely performance evaluations.
